Battle of the Shangani by Richard Caton Woodville [New Print Edition]

A British South Africa Company wagon convoy is attacked by the Ndebele Kingdom, the attack was intended to be a surprise however the formation of wagons had been set up defensively, with 5 Maxim guns and 200 rifles, inflicting devastating damage to the attacking forces, with an estimated 1500 Ndebele warriors killed and only 4 BSAC men killed in return.
