Capitulation of Napoleon III on 1st September 1870 by Richard Knotel

Emperor Napoleon III of France surrenders after a German victory in Sedan, North Eastern France. He would be taken prisoner while the German army would go on to besiege Paris on the 19th of September. After his release, he would go into Exile to England before dying in 1873.
