Prince Carl of Mecklenburg with the second battalion of the 1st East Prussian Infantry Regiment in the Combat of Goldberg, August 23rd, 1813. The French would inflict massive damage to the Prince of Mecklenburg's division through artillery bombardments, this would force a retreat and secure the French victory at Goldberg.
