Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia taking a fatal sabre wound
from Jean-Baptiste Guindey, quartermaster of the French 10th
Hussars during the battle of Saalfield on the 10th of October
1806. Guindey would receive the cross of honour for this action
however would go on to die in the Battle of Hanau on the 20th of
October 1813, cut down by Bavarian horsemen.
